Although this is my first journey into commercial publishing, I have experience publishing in the world of academia. I have published research articles on the experience of families, including fathers of children with disabilities. After working for five years as a pediatric occupational therapist, I received my PhD from thee University of Southern California. I currently teach the next generation of occupational therapists.
The Thomas in Aaron Thomas Bonsall my sons name. Like Ax and his father, Thomas and Aaron are a father and son team learning to appreciate each other’s talents. Reading is one of things we love doing together. After struggling to find books that we both enjoyed, we decided to write our own. This book started with a vision of fathers and sons reading together but has grown into an immersive experience that can be enjoyed by families or individual readers.
